He advises management boards/ directors on business development, corporate strategy, commercial contracts, international trade and energy law, intellectual property, labour law, distribution/ licensing agreements, finance, M & A, divestments, restructuring, manufacturing and agency contracts.

Originally a labour lawyer, client demand extended his track record into corporate work, then to complex commercial and construction matters, intellectual property law, regulatory law, trade finance and banking, project management and business strategy.
